Super Enamelled Winding Wires:

Most of the rotating and current transforming electrical machines and devices employ enamelled winding wires as current carrying conductors. Application of winding wires basically depends on operating conditions of such machines and devices. For enhancing life of electrical equipments, it is necessary to use enamelled winding wires that can function precisely under very harsh working conditions for considerable long time with no deteriorating effect in the quality of the enamelled film.
Enamel insulation is primary covering on the conductor, therefore its mechanical, chemical and thermal properties have to be of very high order. Proper curing and adhesion of enamel film decisively influence the performance, life and reliability of electrical machines and equipments. Besides, to achieve greater economy, in modern times winding machines are being used for winding coils at a very high speed. It was necessitated use of modified and improved based on improvised polyester, polyesterimide and polyamideimide polymers apart from the conventional polyvinyl formal based enamels. In view of the all round advances taking place in the industries, at Khandelwal Cables Ltd., very sincere efforts are made to manufacture enamelled winding wires to meet the requirements of modern processing conditions with the help of our most up to date modern wire drawing and enamelling plants.

Our wires are coated with a variety of enamels : PVA, POLYSTER, POLYURETHANE/SELF SOLDERABLE, SELF BONDING, MODIFIED POLYESTER, POLYESTERIMIDE, POLYAMIDE IMIDE, PVE HERMETIC GRADE, DUAL COAT IN VARIOUS COMBINATIONS OF ENAMELS.
