1. Copper Wire Drawing : From 8mm CC Rod to 0.12 mm Bright, annealed soft copper wire - 200 MT per month.
2. Extrusion : PVC, LDPE, XLPE, Nylon etc. from size - 0.5 mm to 100 mm.
3. Wire Enamelling : 0.12 mm (39SWG) to 12 SWG; 100 MT per month.
4. Tinning, Bunching & Stranding of copper conductors.
5. Braiding : Metal, Fibreglass Yarn, Polyester Yarn, Polyamide Yarn, Cotton Yarn, Asbestos Yarn etc.
6. Armoring, twisting, pairing & multicore cables.
7. Insulation : All type of insulating methods are available under one roof. Such as Extrusion, Tape Wrapping, Braiding, Enamelling and combination of these.
8.Testing facilities : We have all testing facilities as per relevent Indian & International Standards.
9. Power Backup : We have in-house power generation of 0.55 MW.
10. Manpower : We have specialised personnels for every work.
11. Quality : We maintain Total Quality Management Systems in our Plants and in R & D Labs.
12. We have comprehensive library & other facilities to upgrade our skills & technology.
13. Communication : We have all modern communication systems.
