Khandelwal Group of Industries commenced
production in the year 1975 of different types of Wires, Cables, Sleevings,
for Electrical rotating machine manufacturers and for other industrial
applications. We are pleased to introduce ourselves as a group of young
qualified engineers manufacturing various type of Wires, Cables &
insulating materials. Most of the original equipment manufacturers of
national repute are using our products since decades with full satisfaction.
We are an ISO-9001 certified manufacturing company.
We have invented Polywin insulated miniaturized winding wires for
rewindable type, water filled submersible pump motors (Bore well & Open
well type). This Wire can be used up to boiling point of water (100 deg. C).
The insulation thickness is 0.15mm to 0.3 mm and Voltage grades are 250,
500, 1100, 3300 Volts. This insulation is manufactured by Polyester &
BOPP Films, and remarkable in Electrical & Mechanical properties as well
as miniaturized too.
We are also producing 3 & 4 Core Round & Flat Cables with PVC &
TPR (Rubber) insulation in sizes: 1.0 Sq.mm to 50 Sq.mm in copper conductor
for Submersible Pump Motors. Our customers include both small and large
manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipments as well as stockiest
all over the country. Most of the Submersible Pump Motor manufacturers of
repute in India are using this wire since 1990 with full satisfaction; few
of them are KSB Pumps, Shroffs Engineering (Pluga), Lubi Submersible, Texmo
Group, and CRI Group etc.
We have continuous improvement "Kaizen" and "Total quality
management" like self-developed Japanese culture in our units. Most of
the original equipment manufacturers of national repute are regularly using
our products in their quality products. Our establishment is equipped with
all insulating techniques, latest plant and machinery and wire drawing &
testing facilities. It is spread in an area of 15000 sq. meters. Our group
has well experienced engineers/scientists and has expertise in critical
application Cables also. We have two patents in the field of wires and
Cables.
We are the only Indian manufacturer of this field having patents for its
inventions.
